LIVE:CAST 2020 – ‘Adapting > How Change Creates Opportunities’
To celebrate International Day for People with Disabilities, join us for an informative and interactive online live broadcast titled 'Adapting - How Change Creates Opportunities'. Cara, in association with Sport Ireland, are delighted to host this live online event which will include a morning of interviews, panel discussions, personal stories from a host of special guests. It will focus on how small changes to facilities, mind-sets and practices can create life-changing opportunities for people with disabilities through sport and physical activity.

Cara Inclusive Volunteer Programme
Cara is offering 100 free places on their Inclusive Volunteer Programme to volunteers at club and community level. Each participant will receive online Inclusive Disability Training, endorsed by Sport Ireland, and participation in our volunteer webinar, presented by Rob Hartnett, Sport For Business.
The programme aims to empower new and existing volunteers to provide positive opportunities for people with disabilities in sport and physical activity.
