About the Event

To celebrate International Day for People with Disabilities, we produced an informative and interactive online live broadcast titled ‘Adapting – How Change Creates Opportunities’. Cara, in association with Sport Ireland, were delighted to host this live online event which comprised a morning of interviews, panel discussions, personal stories from a host of special guests. It focused on how small changes to facilities, mind-sets and practices can create life-changing opportunities for people with disabilities through sport and physical activity.
