Climbing and abseiling Climbing is a firm favourite here at SHARE! With a 30ft climbing wall, you can experience this fun activity whatever the weather and what every your ability!
We have a special adapted harness only available Monday - Friday

Wall Climbing is suitable for both children and adults and normally last 2 hours, or it can be split with another land activity and last approx. 1 hour. A bit nervous of heights? Our highly trained instructors will help you to develop your skills and grow your confidence.

Abseiling is another aspect of the activity that we offer at our climbing centre and individuals will get the opportunity to abseil down the wall under the guidance of our instructors whilst being securely strapped in. Adrenaline fuelled-activities do not come much better than our outdoor abseiling in Fermanagh!

Bushcraft -Come and be like Bear Grylls by taking on Bush craft, which is about all things outdoors! Come and learn shelter building and how to cook outside in our purpose built bush craft workshop.
Activities may vary slightly depending on the age and ability of the customer i.e. very young children will be unable to do fire lighting due to the risks associated. However it is suitable for all ages and a great way to get back to nature and test your camp craft skills.

Big Mable:
Big Mable has been designed to be sturdy and ideal for thrill seekers and is accessible for guests who may have a physical disability.
Once on Big Mable get ready for the ride of your life on the breath taking Upper Lough Erne! You will have to hold on tight as you are being pulled through the water by a high-powered speed boat.
The Big Mable holds 4 – 6 people

Canoeing, this is a great inclusive group activity & will involve everyone.
With the canoes we raft two boats together so the boat is super stable and ideal for families. There are up to four people in each boat, so everyone is in a team.
We will go for a nice paddle in the area & maybe play a few games along the way!
We supply all the equipment, just bring your swim suits, towel and maybe some shoes that can get wet.

Killarney House parkrun takes place every Sat. morning in the grounds of Killarney House.

You are invited to join us on a Forest Bathing walk in the Killarney National Park. You will be guided to slow down and connected with your senses through various simple nature connection techniques.
Forest Bathing, also known as "Shinrin-Yoku," refers to the practice of spending time in
nature for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. The practice follows the general principle that it is beneficial to spend time bathing in the
atmosphere of the forest.
Forest Bathing walks are gentle guided walks that enhance wellbeing through sensory
connection in nature. There is a strong evidence base supporting these walks. Forest
Bathing walks have been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve mood,boost the immune system and improve sleep.
This walk is all inclusive- however the terrain in the woods is not suitable for wheelchair users.

A 1 hour pond dipping session supervised by our centre Ecologist to introduce participants to the myriad of life living below the surface of our freshwater ponds

Gentle guided walk along the Tralee - Blennerville canal. Paved surface, accessible to all. Tour includes visit to the Blennerville Windmill Visitor Centre and Kerry Model Railway. The length and duration of the walk can be tailored to your needs. Please ring Anne to discuss.

Aqua Sensory inclusive class
It might sound like a fancy term but it's about combining the sensation of water with the other sensory channels. We do this through music, singing, signing, discovery play and movements. It's a rich mixture of sensory exploration - with amazing potential for your child's development.
