Go All Out – Inclusive Outdoors Week 2022

Go All Out – Cara will be coordinating our first inclusive outdoors week from July 18th to 24th 2022.

Go All Out week has been developed to increase awareness among people with disabilities, their families/carers and outdoor activity service providers on the benefits of regular exercise, a healthy lifestyle and opportunities to participate in physical activity, of people’s own choosing in the Outdoors. Organisations and individuals are being invited to host inclusive outdoor events nationwide and we will list them on our website. It could be walking, running, climbing, swimming, kayaking, cycling, fishing or even just strolling on the beach.

Go All Out
also aims to increase awareness and build the capacity of outdoor facilities and services providing accessible and inclusive programmes for people with disabilities in their local community.

The aim of this national week is to increase awareness for people with disabilities on the opportunities and benefits of the huge range of inclusive activities in the outdoors across Ireland. During the week, we will also host informative webinars and information sessions on the outdoors sector. More details will be made available soon.
