With the support of the Dormant Account Funding Programme through Sport Ireland, Cara- Sport Inclusion Ireland is excited to be advertising for the position of an Inclusive Outdoors Coordinator to join our team. At a time when outdoor recreational activity is receiving increased profile and investment, we are looking for a creative, ambitious and experienced individual to lead the developments specific to accessibility and inclusion in outdoor recreational activities for people with disabilities.
The role will require work to be undertaken to position Cara Sport Inclusion Ireland against other relevant strategies such as the National Sport Policy, Sport Irelands Outdoor Strategy and the National Outdoor Recreation Strategy identifying how we can support an inclusive delivery of strategy objectives and targets.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and presenter with ambition and creativity who is willing to help us drive increased opportunities for people with disabilities to reap the benefits of participating in outdoor recreational activity across Ireland.
